Can a finer feast be had?
I've always loved how clean and pink catfish meat is. Its funny, 20 years ago it was just us poor folk that ate catfish, everyone else thought it was disgusting and inedible, now it seems like everyone wants catfish.
Not that I blame anyone, catfish is damn good!
Not as good as perch, or young bass...and no where near jackfish, but its good
